Novel Definition to increase Number of Slums in India

As per recent reports, it has been revealed that approximately 68 million people living in India are managing without basic facilities and live in unhygienic conditions. According to the 2011 Census, two cities which have maximum slums and even more than Greater Mumbai and Delhi are Visakhapatnam and Jabalpur.
