Luxury carmaker Porsche has announced that its 918 Spyder plug-in supercar has finished a series of driving trials and entered the next phase. The company claimed that the918 Spyder entered the next phase after producing up-to-the-expectation results during the driving trials. Gaming giants Activision Blizzard Inc. and Electronic Arts (EA) Inc. agreed to settle a lawsuit over executives’ leaving out of court on Wednesday. E-book publishers lose bid to kill antitrust suit

On Tuesday, Apple and five book publishers – HarperCollins, Hachette SA, Simon & Schuster, Penguin Group, and Macmillan – lost their bid to kill the antitrust lawsuit which accuses them of violation of federal and California state law by conniving to increase the price of e-books. District Judge Denise Cote in Manhattan ruling that the e-book publishers broke the law in setting e-book prices, the defendants have lost their bid to throw out the antitrust complaint by plaintiffs who are seeking to represent a class of consumers. read more
